What customers say?

“ We dined at Rabbie Burns today. The staff went above and beyond. We had our dog with us as we had spent the day at the beach, while sitting a staff member came with a cup of water for our dog. Once we were finished our meal and getting ready to leave another staff member came over with a tray of sausages for our dog. The service with our puppy was outstanding and we were made to feel so welcome. 100% will be back when we next venture down to Ayr ”

“ Visited yesterday 6th September . You couldn't get any better a location. Just perfect . We found the service to be fantastic. All staff - the young man and ladies were absolutely lovely and were especially good to our little pooch Mitzi who was very hot. They ensured she had plenty water and we had everything we needed. The fish and chips very nice (not too greasy and piping hot great value for money. Would highly recommend. ”

“ Food and servers were good however sit in service food was served in takeaway boxes with wooden cutlery. No fish tea or fritters available. Gentleman frying food was unprofessional shouting at staff in front of customers. Server advised she would have to open one of the doors to shop, weather was windy cold with rain. She closed door at my request . She was then sent back to open the door. She got the manager for me who resolved this and door remained close. And tbough food was good it was not a pleasant dining experience. ”
